Absolutely the best resort in Cocoa Beach! Great location, wonderful lazy river, the people are so friendly and helpful—just the best all around!

Front desk is very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Every staff person we encountered had a smile on their face and was very respectful and helpful. The breakfast was much fresher and tastier than two years ago. Good coffee! The room did have a musty, humid smell; A/C worked well. The elevator was a bit slow, but worked fine. Overall, would recommend highly!!

This is our second time staying at Beachside Hotel. The front desk staff, bar and food area staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was nice, neat and clean. Only complaint was the AC unit was a bit noisy. The pool and lazy river are always nice and relaxing. The evening poolside DJ was a plus. We would book again.

I took ‘Trouble’ my partner on a birthday trip which included a stay at Beachside Hotel. Oh my! I called a week before the verify our stay….and was remembered upon arrival. The front of house staff and management go above and beyond and represent the brand superbly. We will be back. The room. The grounds the overall atmosphere cancels out the competition. Beachside is a gem and well worth the visit. The recommendations on local eatery establishments, tricks to fully enjoy Kennedy Space Centre…Everything…. See you soon!

What a cute old Florida resort! Everything you need is right there! Staff is very attentive and the grounds are spotless! We will be back!

This was not my first visit and will definitely not be my last, the room was beautiful and clean, the staff was so helpful, my great grandson’s are begging to come back, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, see you next time ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥

Lou and Rubert were absolutely a pleasure!! This establishment is the best get away in the books! We took a couples trip here & Lou was so kind and accommodating to us at the front desk! Rubert is the best security guy in town, stays on top of the weather, and provides great customer service to all at the resort! Best place to stay in Cocoa! 🙂 lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Very kid friendly & a great atmosphere all around. Couldn’t have asked for a better couples trip. Short walk to the beach as well. All in all 10/10!

We hit the jackpot with this family-friendly vacation spot. Super cool vibe, great attention to detail and instant relaxation with a retro vibe. Kids had fun in the lazy river, moms had fun lounging under the umbrellas. Everyone loved the ample breakfast included. Cute bar and light bites, lovely gardens, fun sand pit and bright cheery colors make this a win for everyone at a great price compared to the big hotels. One block from beach, across the street from Ron Jon’s, ice cream and healthy eats. will definitely be back!

The lazy river pool is perfect for relaxing. Also close to the beach, so you can change things up. I can’t imagine a better beach experience. Very family friendly too.

We had such a nice experience staying here, we would most definitely stay here again. The entire place is so very clean. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t have treated us better. The location is great, very short walk to the beach. And the pool is just beautiful, really nice and the whole area is super clean, it really looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Rooms are not huge but kept up and cute and very clean . They had free rentals for beach umbrellas and chairs and even a beach cart to take it all with you to the beach and had free bike rentals too which our teen loved. The had a laundry facility right there that was awesome and we loved the bar right next to the pool. And the free breakfast they serve everyday was absolutely amazing! It was a huge buffet that had just everything.

This hotel was fantastic. Our room was very clean. We were there for a week and anytime we needed anything the staff was great about getting it to us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping make our trip amazing.
