I was honestly surprised by this hotel in the best possible way. My wife and daughter loved it too! The lazy river ended up being a distraction. I wanted to go out and spend money, the kid wanted to play in the lazy river. We were looking for somewhere affordable for a four-day Labor Day weekend in Cocoa Beach. I was looking for cheap, not awesome, but this place ended up being a hidden gem. The building is older and has a few quirks, but it has been nicely remodeled. Everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy for the holiday weekend. We stayed in a king room with a pull-out sofa, which worked perfectly for our family. I was a little worried about the window AC units with Florida being around 95°F and incredibly humid (also 95%), but there was one in both the bedroom and living room — and they got COLD. I actually had to turn them up at night because the room was freezing. Breakfast each morning was great, lots of selection. The bar and grill had good food and drinks. The hotel location was perfect for Cocoa Beach, lots near by but far enough away from the main portions it was loud.We originally chose this hotel because of the price (I like cheap), but I would happily stay here again over many supposedly “nicer” properties. There really isn’t anything bad I can say about our stay. Thank you for helping make our Cocoa Beach weekend such a great trip.

We stayed here after having to cancel our trip to the Keys due to some medical issues. Only an hour or so from home. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room. Rooms were not uber fancy but were clean. Everything worked as expected, balcony overlooking pool. DJ on Fri and Sat afternoon that I could’ve got into if I’d felt better. Great breakfast every morning included in your stay.

Less than 3 minute walk to beach from our room ! Loved lazy river and Duck dive bar onsite is outstanding. The customer service over all is awesome whether it’s the front desk, the bar, or even the people cleaning the room, they’re really friendly and more than happy to help. Breakfast is good as well kids loved waffles ! Friday night live music Saturday and Sunday movies by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Spend 4 days here and my family loved it. What a beautiful place, location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. You can walk to the beach in just 4-5 minutes. Lazy river pool that you can enjoy for kids all ages. Will definitely come back.

Colorado crazy! We thought it was the coolest place to stay and it was painful to leave!! Everything. Absolutely loved this place!! Omar, Matt and Monica were the cherries on top! having to leave.

I rarely take the time to write reviews because life gets busy, but this hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. When we first pulled in, I was honestly disappointed because I thought I had booked something directly on the beach. Then I noticed a couple checking out early and started questioning my choice. Thankfully, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, and our first-floor room by the pool was perfect for our family of five. The pool area was fantastic, with turf for the kids to play on, a sand play area, nightly movies, and plenty of space to relax. Even though the hotel was busy, everything ran smoothly and never felt overcrowded. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely updated. It’s an older beach property, so there was a slight musty smell at times, but nothing that affected our stay. The biggest surprise was the amenities. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, boogie boards, and lazy river floats were all included. The beach was only a short walk away, and even after three days at theme parks, my kids didn’t complain once. The food, drinks, and included breakfast were all great, and the convenience couldn’t be beat. My husband isn’t a beach person and wasn’t impressed when we arrived, but by the end of the trip he was blown away. Don’t let the age or size of this hotel fool yo…it’s a hidden gem with incredible value, family-friendly amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again

Great for kids, has a kids sand area after breakfast, cool lazy river. They play videos all day long for the kids to watch in the pool area. The rooms have two beds small kitchen and bathroom. GREAT people. Very kind and considerate to your needs. Great breakfast!

We loved everything about it! The pool, the breakfast, the room. We got the beef nachos for dinner and they were great! Couldn’t eat it all but really enjoyed it. Then we spent a very relaxing time enjoying drinks and the musician. Next time we will definitely have to stay more than 1 day.

The staff was incredible. Lou, was particularly helpful. I will be back.

Kayla at the poolside bar was amazing! She made a drink that she suggested that was the best frozen drink that I have ever had and I have had my share. She was kind, knowledgeable and exceptionally gracious. In a world where customer service seems to have disappeared she provided a refreshing and delightful experience. Kudos on a job extremely well done!

The lazy river was my favorite place to be i could just float relax and rest.the staff was very nice and helpful. The beat place ever i love it. the carts that you can check out at the front desk for free have 2 chair and an umbrella and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. If i could i would live here forever.i tell all my friends and family i can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is

The staff is very kind and polite, the pool and all the amenities and games for the kids are terrific and the spot is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Even though I didn’t use it, the hotel rent for free bicycles. Breakfast was good and the whole experience was super.
