Absolutely amazing value for the price. CLEAN rooms, great free hot breakfast, clean pool heated to a nice 80F, front desk is nice and welcoming. The outdoor areas are well maintained, overall 10/10 highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. The hotel was amazing and kept my family entertained with no complaints. Rooms were clean, quiet, breakfast was amazing. I’m pretty particular when it comes to hotels and this exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Had a real good time not much to do in Cocoa Beach but Motel was spot on lazy river in the middle of the motel breakfast buffet outstanding that’s right I said Buffet go back many times as you like scrambled eggs waffles French toast sausage fresh fruit yogurt Nutella play for one of the cleanest dining rooms I’ve ever been in seen the launch from the beach which is just a rock and a half away was definitely a bonus for my trip.

This was the PERFECT little getaway for my husband and I! The included breakfast spread was phenomenal and we had lots of choices to pick from. I loved sitting by the lazy river and reading my book in the sunshine. We got frozen drinks at the Duck Dive which were surprisingly well done (for being a frozen blended drink). The staff were very friendly and had great food recommendations for near-by “must try’s”. The ocean is truly only about 300 feet away. I didn’t sit down and watch, but at night they had a movie playing on the big screen for guests swimming in the pool/lazy river. Pet-friendly and we saw dog guests and cat guests alike! I would recommend this to anyone, especially families with kiddos!

The staff did everything to make sure that we were taken care of. We cruise ship timing, shuttles, late flights in. Early debarking, top notch service & concern for our comfort. We would stay here every time we come to Coco Beach!

We really enjoyed our time staying here. Management was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were perfect and the pool/last river was just the best. We definitely found our new summer beach vacation spot.

This hotel was like its own tiny little resort. It has a wonderful lazy river and they show movies in the area in front of it. There is also a very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and easy to get to and staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff had amazing customer service skills! We only were able to stay one night because we had to go on the cruise the next morning but everything about our stay was awesome! We would absolutely stay at Beachside again!! Thank you for all you do to please us customers.
