I can’t say enough great things about our stay here! They provided a pack and play for our 1 year old and had so many amazing amenities that are definitely unique! The breakfast was fantastic and the duck dive bar and grill had a great selection of food and drinks! The staff went above and beyond and genuinely seemed happy to help with anything we needed! We will definitely make this an annual family vacation!

My family and I stayed at the Beachside Hotel & Suites in Cocoa Beach for the last five days. We loved our time on your property and with your team.

The hotel was perfectly located, well cared for, and jam packed with amenities. We especially liked the big screen with nightly movies, the lazy river, and the great breakfast. We also thought Jennifer was particularly remarkable, always greeting us with a knowing smile and striving to meet our needs and requests (including her extra-kind responsiveness to our movie desires). We greatly enjoyed borrowing bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards. It was the perfect springboard (and featured locale) for a memorable vacation.

Thank you Beachside team in Cocoa Beach for a memorable vacation for me and my family. The employees were amazing!! Let me start with Lue she is the rock, heart and soul of Beachside. She and the others went above and beyond. Ronnie was such a gentleman and handyman. He brought us a chair while by our car smoking, we never asked. It was very thoughtful. We just found out our 9-year-old has sensory processing disorder, it’s a slight autism. He loves to draw before bed and Rebecca was so sensitive to our needs and provided us with paper and a pen. Being a mom with worries I have a 12-year-old 4lb yorkie that we just can’t leave behind and Beachside kept popping up. Thank you for being pet-friendly for the families that don’t have options. While doing laundry on our last night I sat in your sand area by the pool taking in the silence when Rubert was so kind to check on me and my 4lb dog. We had some minor issues with our room but with the amazing team at Beachside, it’s easy to look over the minor things. We were so happy and felt at home we actually moved to another room just to stay an extra night. My mom and stepdad will be making a trip this year and we are looking to come back during fall break. Thank you all so much for making this such a special and memorable vacation.

I can honestly say that we had an amazing time at this property, if we could rate them a 10, then we certainly would have. We did a family reunion with 17 of us in attendance. The property should be called a resort, they had everything we needed. The suites were spacious and clean, the pool was refreshing and fin for all ages, they showed movies at night on the big screen at the pool, they had a mermaid visit for the kids, the breakfast buffet was a REAL buffet, a sandy area near the bar, full of beach toys so the kiddos could play while the adults “played” within eye shot of the bar. There was live music, it had a very carribean vibe! The location rocked as well, we were a four minute walk to the beach- and they loan out umbrellas, wagons and chairs for free! Yet another value! We were lucky enough to be staying during 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral and the view from the beach was perfect. BONUS! However, the staff put the cherry on top! The GM Willie, Lue, and Yvonne were the best! I’m an event planner and these folks go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make your stay so much fun, you’ll never want to leave!!! We only did 3 days for the reunion, but we will be back for more with more people.

Stayed on the 5th floor. The room had a balcony with table and 2 chairs where I watched the Space X rocket launch. The room had a sleeping area with two beds and a living area with a couch, chair, foot stools, microwave, sink, and small fridge. Both areas had a TV. The Duck Dive had good drinks, but didn’t try the food. The breakfast was nice with a good choice. Who doesn’t enjoy a lazy river pool? There was a large TV facing the pool and they played a kids movie Friday night. Had a guy playing music on Saturday afternoon. There is access to the beach across the street. Lots of eating and shopping close by, including Ron Jon Surf Shop.

The lady at the desk was the BESTTTTT! Great super nice! Could give information about anything we needed, the ladies at the breakfast were great as well, so the staff is the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne and her incredible team at Beachside on our recent project, representing BLA Party Rentals in the design and planning of Vale’s Quinceañera. I cannot express enough my gratitude and admiration for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment. From the very beginning, they ensured that everything was handled with the utmost efficiency and care. Every member of the Beachside team demonstrated excellent attitudes and skills, making our collaboration not only successful but also extremely rewarding. My family of 6 came here recently and could not have had a better time. The staff here is very attentive. Breakfast buffet was top notch and the environment is very family friendly. Walk to the beach is easy and the pool offers a great option with a fun scene. Kids like the lazy river and then the bar restaurant with a DJ kept everyone entertained. Can’t wait to come back and thanks again for a great experience.

FANTASTIC place to stay! Very close to the beach and right in the middle of all things convenient. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the pool and lazy river was awesome. Don’t second guess it just book it you won’t be sorry.

My fiancé and I stayed here last week and had a fantastic time. Yvonne at the front desk and other staff were super welcoming and accommodating. They had a bunch of complimentary beach rentals available including beach chairs and umbrellas. The free breakfast was outstanding, I looked forward to it each morning. The staff working the breakfast was also really nice. The lazy river and common area was cool and they even had corn hole boards for a fun atmosphere. Lastly, the super close proximity to the beautiful/clean beach was great! Appreciate the hospitality. 🙂

This is a great place for families to stay. The pool has a great lazy river. There’s a bar and restaurant pool side, and there are activities for kids too. They had a movie on an outdoor screen in the evening. The continental breakfast was amazing. It had just about every breakfast food you could think of. Walking distance to the beach, and Ron Jon’s surf shop.
