The perfect place to stay before a cruise or after. Great pool with sandy beach area for kids to play. Good breakfast included and great staff. Shuttle to cruise port available too. Will definitely return.

Very awesome, cute hotel! Very close proximity to the beach, about a 5 minute walk just down the street. Close proximity to various restaurants and shops in the area too. We stayed for a few nights back in December and I’d definitely stay there again! On site restaurant, bar, pool with a lazy river, and a great breakfast included with your stay.

Came to beachside with my friends and I the day before our cruise and it was such a great place! Rooms we had were sub par! We had sand on our sheets in one of our rooms, which no big deal and little dated but definitely clean and cozy! Forgive me as I forgot our check in lady, I think she said her name is Sue or Lou? 😅 very close walking distance to stores and food! She recommended Big Daddy J’s, right across the street and theyre open pretty late for food which was awesome! Sad we didnt get to spend time in the pool since our flight got in late and we had a cruise the next morning. But highly recommend!!

Staff are warm and welcoming! This hotel has it all – lazy river, tubes to float on, plenty of beach chairs, sanded area and games, a bar with AMAZING drinks and pool side food, there was a DJ this afternoon, they have bikes to use and complimentary breakfast. The room is very clean and I love the beachy vibe with the teal, pinks and yellows.

I enjoyed staying here and it’s very conveniently located to everything. Next time I take a cruise out of Port Canaveral I’ll be staying here again.

The room was cleaned and on the 1st floor which was convenient to go to the pool. My family like that the water in the pool is always warm even when the air above it is breezy and cool. Breakfast was superb with many choices. My daughters want to go back to the Beachside Hotel and Cocoa Beach for New Years eve.

Great spot for families. 2-minute walk to the beach, free beach equipment can be signed out (chairs, umbrellas, boogie/surfboards, bicycles). Very friendly staff, games for kids (connect 4, bean bag toss, board games in lobby), movie shown on big screen saturday night, live dj saturday afternoon, lazy river with tubes.

Wonderful pool area. Good complimentary breakfast. Shops and restaurants in the area (walking distance). Nice poolside bar and food. 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach where you can get all for miles. No complaints

The rooms were spotless and very clean. The pool was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I checked in with Jennifer at the front desk and met the manager Willis which will both extremely informative. The rooms were nice the grounds were clean and the hotel staff including the security guard were very nice to me. The lazy River was a plus with the large TV and the entertainment of live music on the side. This place was amazing and very pleasant to stay at. It was centrally located and convenient to go anywhere you needed to be for shopping and transportation. I was up there for the golf cart parade in Cocoa and it was a pleasant experience as they let me Park my truck and trailer on the lot. I felt very safe what’s security running around the clock. The beds were okay the TV worked fine and the internet worked well. Right across the street from the beach.

This place was so wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our time at this gem! It was so nice to stay at a hotel that was unique and not just the same hotel in every city. The service was great, and they have so many activities to keep the kids happy and occupied. It has a traditional Florida feel that was perfect to show my kids. Rooms were clean and when we needed extra towels for the pool they showed up almost immediately. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

Excellent Service from Kayla! Just wanted to give a shout-out to Kayla from the reservations team — she’s been wonderful to work with, especially from my perspective as a travel agent. I’m personally using this hotel and their shuttle services for my own trip in November 2025, and I’ve also booked a client here for their December 2025 cruise stay. Kayla has been on top of every detail – I have my own reservation as well as a separate one for a client, both tied to the same email address Her attention to detail and responsiveness make the booking process smooth and stress-free. She’s a great example of excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.
