Is there free breakfast?

Yes! Located between the lobby and Duck Dive Bar and Grille, breakfast is served daily from 7AM- 10AM. Featuring a variety of hot, cold, and grab 'n go items, don't miss this guest favorite freebie!

Is the pool heated?

Yes! Our heated outdoor pool and lazy river are located in the interior courtyard.

Can I check-in early?

Yes! We have two early check-in timeslots: 9am - 11:59am for a $50 fee and Noon - 3pm for a $25 fee.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! Our pet fee is $25/day. Please note that we do have a 45-pound limit on all pets.

Is Duck Dive Bar and Grille open?

Yes! Currently, Duck Dive opens Monday through Friday at noon and Saturday and Sunday at 11:30AM. Lunch and dinner menus available.

Do you have a resort fee?

Nope! At this time, there is no resort fee. Please enjoy the lazy river and other amenities on us!

Can I use the lazy river without a room reservation?

Yes! You can purchase a day pass through Resort Pass.

Shuttle info for those who have purchased a cruise package.

For guests that have purchased a Park & Cruise package, we do! For these packages, we have partnered with a shuttle company for service to Port Canaveral and Orlando, Melbourne, and Sanford airports. Check out our Specials page for more details on our Park & Cruise packages.

Is there a fee for booking with Credit Card?

Starting January 2026, a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied to booking.
